Dreamscape is simultaneously a canvas and projection screen, creating an interactive game of trace the dot'. When first installed, the canvas is blank, and as more visitors trace the dot, an underlying image slowly reveals itself.

The animation projected and its accompanying sound piece take us through a looping journey of death and rebirth.

Ailbhe is an interdisciplinary artist based in Cork. They graduated with a first class honours in Fine Art BA in 2024, and were awarded the Moving Image Bursary from Backwater Artists Group as well as a video residency in CCAD for the academic year 2024-25. 

SORCHA BROWNING | EDEN.

Eden. is a 9-minute loop displayed across two sculptural screens. Each character's video performance plays out simultaneously, and rather than instructing the gaze of the viewer through the scene, the characters capture attention through sound, gesture and physical expression their "tastes," each holding within them a symbolic or cultural significance that in turn carry embedded histories and presents of representations and power relations.

Sorcha Browning is a graduate of TU Dublin School of Creative Arts, Sherkin Island in 2024. She is a multi-disciplinary artist that works across mediums such as film, performance and sculpture. Her work explores themes around technology, sexuality and representation. Sorcha won the Open Ear Grauduate award 2024, the National Sculpture Factory Residency Award 2024 and the Uillinn Dance Studio Award 2024.  She has exhibited her work as part of the Open Ear Festival Program, Sherkin Island and in Uillinn, West Cork.
