PHOEBE TOHL
Phoebe Tohl is a multimedia artist from Los Angeles currently studying at the Burren College of Art (BCA) in the west of Ireland.
While studying at BCA, foraged and found materials have guided her work, grounding her practice in the unique landscape of the Burren.
Fostering a sense of community through gatherings or personal exchanges is another fundamental pillar of Tohl's work.
Phoebe says "I think of myself as a maker of objects, experiences, meals, and feelings. Through the exploration of materials I work intuitively through many processes to challenge normative ways of thinking, viewing and experiencing art."
